Online Monitor for Water Quality's Chemical Oxygen Demand
It utilizes the principle of potassium dichromate high-temperature digestion and spectrophotometry. After undergoing pretreatment, the water sample is oxidized by potassium dichromate under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) content is then quickly determined using a spectrophotometer. The principle of the instrument complies with standards such as the "Water quality - Determination of the chemical oxygen demand - Dichromate method" (HJ 828-2017) and the "Water quality-Determination of the chemical oxygen demand-Fast digestion-Spectrophotometric method" (HJ/T 399-2007). Total Phosphorus Water Quality Online Monitor
The C310 Total Phosphorus Water Quality Online Monitor, independently developed by BESCIENT TECHNOLOGIES, is a product that measures the total phosphorus content in water based on the colorimetric method. The method involves the digestion of the sample with potassium persulfate (or nitric acid-perchloric acid), which converts all phosphorus into orthophosphate. In an acidic medium, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate in the presence of antimony salt to form phosphomolybdic acid. This is immediately reduced by ascorbic acid to produce a blue complex. The absorbance of this complex is directly proportional to the concentration of total phosphorus.
Total Nitrogen Water Quality Online Monitor
Method Principle: It involves the conversion of nitrogen-containing compounds in the sample into nitrate by an alkaline potassium persulfate solution at 120-124℃. The absorbances at wavelengths of 220nm and 275nm, denoted as A220 and A275 respectively, are measured using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The total nitrogen content (expressed as N) is proportional to the corrected absorbance A, which is calculated using a specific formula.
Total Lead Water Quality Online Monitor
The specific chromogenic agent reacts with lead ions under alkaline conditions to form a colored complex with characteristic absorption at a specific wavelength. The concentration of the complex is proportional to the concentration of Pb ions. The complex is then measured by a precision spectrometer to accurately measure the concentration of lead ions in the water.
